Marina’s online yoga experience has been a haven for me in quarantine. She genuinely recreates the experience of being in the studio from the comfort of home. Her practice both stretches and challenges the body for physical health benefits, it soothes and comforts the mind for mental health benefits. Her flow is creative, mentally, and physically stimulating in addition to being incredibly healing. She instructs with a good enough volume for a virtual experience but maintains a calm and intimate approach so it still feels personal despite the distance. I look forward to the sessions every week and am grateful for the time she makes to host them several days a week to allow for more flexibility. Everyone should try her virtual sessions, they will improve your quarantine experience immensely!

Exercising with Marina (Global Yoga 4 All) has been the perfect way to start my day or relax after a long day of work and such a great opportunity to connect with others while recharging my mind and body. Marina is an excellent instructor who is skilled at creating dynamic and engaging workout routines that enable you to push yourself to achieve a deeper stretch, try a new pose, or just be in the moment. Marina is a thoughtful instructor, offering small tips and adjustments to get the most out of each pose, and stay centered in your yoga practice. Doing yoga with Marina has been such a bright and wonderful part of my daily routine these past few months. She is great at suggesting small modifications to the different poses, making her sessions accessible for people of varying skill and flexibility.
