Your yoga practice is yours
Yoga is for everyone – no experience or flexibility is required.
Do what you can, with what you have, and meet your body where it is. Be patient with your body each day is different; yesterday’s performance may not be a good reflection of what to expect today. Enjoy your practice and improve at your pace – yoga is a lifelong venture.
Embraces the immediate moment and allow yourself to concentrate on breath and movements. Yoga delivers a soothing meditation that advances awareness and stimulates inner peace.
Yoga energizes and stimulates a necessary balance between strength and flexibility to support our joints. Be kind to yourself, enter the poses with care, precision, and listen to your body. Take ownership of your practice, your body, and your health. That will ultimately allow you to develop the strength and flexibility required to advance your yoga practice.
Continued practice develops inner strength and the physical stamina to fully participate in the journey of life.
